Week 2 Recap

With our first week already gone and our second about to begin, here's some highlights from the week-

- Our Mohawks and Oneidas getting a special martial arts lesson in the orchard from Matt, one of our CIT's.

-The lively counselor debate that ensued once they found out that there are 5 oceans, not 4 as many of them thought after the Around the World scavenger hunt.

- All of our campers enjoying the Audubon Swim Club for the first time.

- The Amazing Race all camp that included an "African Safari" where Mr. Nick was a lion getting hunted by campers armed with splash bombs and our Senecas and Teens were invading vikings destined for defeat in games of bopper tag.

- Watching our returning campers find their friends from last summer and hearing this excited exclamation from many first time campers at pick-up, "I made a new friend!"

- Our field trip to the zoo! Check out some of our Cayugas after they participated in the parade.

Alright, that's just a little bit of what went on this week. Keeps posted for more info and pictures from our Charlie and the Chocolate Factory obstacle course this Monday!
